Program Description
ArcLedge Inc. provides SMS communication for existing accounting and tax service clients. SMS messages are used solely for service-related communications such as responding to client inquiries, document requests, approvals, and tax filing updates. ArcLedge Inc. does not send marketing or promotional SMS messages.
Opt-In
Clients provide their mobile phone number during onboarding and consent to receive SMS communications as part of their signed service agreement. SMS communication is used for service-related matters only. ArcLedge Inc. does not send unsolicited SMS messages.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on client interaction and service needs.
Charges
ArcLedge Inc. does not charge for SMS messages. However, message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.
Opt-Out
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. After sending STOP, you will receive confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. No further SMS messages will be sent unless you reinitiate contact or provide renewed consent.
